USE THIS CHECKLIST BEFORE CONTACTING US:

- If your Andersen product is 2007 or newer please look for the Product Identification Number located on the head or side jamb. You will have to open the window to find it.

This number will help us identify the style of product you have. Please include all the information on the this label so we can accurately identify your Andersen poduct.

If you do not have or cannot find the Production Identification Number include this information:

1: Circle the primary window or patio door type in question:

2: Exterior Frame Color:

       - White   - Sandtone  - Terratone  - Forest Green  - Other: See Color Chart

3: Interior Frame Color:

      - Factory White  - Pine  - Oak  - Maple

4: Indicate the exposed glass dimensions, or "daylight" glass size. Simply measure the width and height of the exposed glass from the inside, edge to edge. Width x Height in inches.

5: Provide the glass logo information. (Information surrounding Andersen logo in the bottom corner of the glass) *Sometimes the logo is in the top corner on older patio doors

   List all words, numbers or symbols. (Examples: CIG-3 2-95.6 over logo, "High-Performance Sun II"under logo, etc.)

6: Type of grilles on the product in question:

  - No grilles  - Between the glass panes  - Inside (removable)  - outside

 Interior Grille type: - Factory Painted White - Wood

Exterior Grille Color: - White - Sandtone - Terratone - Forest Green

7: Handing (Which way the product opens when looking at the window or door from the outside, the hinges are:

  - no hinges - left - right

8: If a door how many door panels are in this unit:

  - One - Two - Three - Four

9: Include pictures of your product and/or the part you are looking for. Include as many as you think would help.
